BURY Technologies, a maker of handsfree car kits, is under a new exclusive U.S. distributor called Handsfree out of St. Louis.

Handsfree is aggressively seeking to expand distribution in the U.S., for BURY ‘s Bluetooth kits, which are sold through retailers and expeditors.

The kits include new car cradles launched this spring for the iPhone 5.  A new 9068 Bluetooth cradle has its own 2.8-inch LCD screen and works with just about all smartphones including the iPhone 5.  It delivers voice activated email and texts (send and receive) plus voice dialing, hands free calling and it has a built in 30 watt amplifier for playing music from your phone.  It charges the phone as well.

Bury, based in Germany, claims its voice control is ”extremely accurate” and “rapid reaction.”  Prices on the kits run from about $180 to $241.

Distributor Handsfree hopes to reach $1.7 million in sales this year for Bury products in the U.S.

It currently sells Bury through 8 resellers and hopes to boost that to 21 this month.  It is actively signing up retailers who can install  products.

Handsfree is also very active in the fleet in-car device market so it can help dealers expand into fleet sales with product from Motorola, Intermac (handheld scanners) and others.  Other products distributed by Handsfree include fleet-ready back up cameras, phone mounting kits, alcohol locks, tire pressure monitoring, navigation systems, in-car printers, and handsfree kits, and charging cradles.
