MTX Audio unveiled a new show car at CE Week in NY Wednesday featuring the largest pair of working headphones in the world, it said.

The car and home audio maker has a history of big demos, including subwoofers that require a crane to lift.  This time, MTX showed giant working headphones nearly identical to its StreetAudio iX1 headphones but at 20X the size and with 12-inch full range speakers.

The speakers play into the show truck as part of the stereo system.

Additionally, there are four 3.5mm inputs on each side and an additional four in the hatch so that listeners can plug in their own portables.

The show truck will go on tour this year at events across the country.
