VAN NUYS, CA–

Goshers, maker of the first aftermarket blind spot detector and A&E Distributing here, announced an exclusive distributor relationship serving mobile electronics retailers in Southern California and adjoining states.

A&E will distribute the Goshers’ blind spot detection system that alerts the driver when another vehicle is in his blind spot before he changes lanes. “No matter how well adjusted the outside mirrors, and even with careful glances over the shoulder, vehicles can still be hidden from sight,” said A&E’s John Haynes. “This adds a layer of protection for the driver and passengers.”

A&E ships overnight to dealers in its territory with no minimum order required.

Goshers, based in Los Angeles, offers a $249 device that uses two rear-bumper radar sensors to determine if there’s a car in your blind spot.  Two LED indicators are also installed at the top of each front door panel, which light up in a bright orange/yellow color if the sensors are triggered.
