Boss Audio introduced its first single DIN car DVD/receiver with built-in navigation.
The model BV9969NV includes Bluetooth, iPod/iPhone control and motorized 7-inch TFT touch screen.
The device has front and rear USB ports, an SD port and front, rear and subwoofer outputs plus a steering wheel interface. It may also work with a rear camera.
Navigation includes text-to-speech pronunciation of street names and maps of the full U.S. as well as Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
The BV9969NV will ship at the end of February at $486 suggested retail price.
It is joined by a double DIN navigation DVD/receiver with navigation from sister brand Sound Storm Laboratories.
The Sound Storm DD620NV offers built-in Bluetooth and full iPod/iPhone control as well as navigation maps of the full U.S., Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
The device has a 6.2 inch TFT touchscreen and carries a suggested retail price of $479.00
