Tint World, the leading window tinting and car audio automotive styling franchise, has recently appointed Jain Guan as the newest owner and operator of the San Diego store.
Originally from China, Guan made the move to California 10 years ago and had previously managed his parent’s restaurant and property management businesses until he enrolled at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). There, Guan received a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Studies and Business Administration.
As a student, Guan was able to work for a variety of companies—from large corporations to small new startups—as an intern. After graduating from LMU in May of 2012, Guan realized his desire to be his own boss, and recognized that owning and operating his own Tint World store was the opportunity he was looking for.
With a passion for vehicles and a special interest in custom car audio, Guan has been able to build the San Diego store as an automotive appearance one-stop-shop mainstay. The store itself features a state-of-the-art product display showroom exhibiting the latest accessories and technologies from top mobile accessories brands. The rest of the facility is equipped with the latest tools and materials for other auto appearance services such as window tinting, auto detailing, auto reconditioning, headlight restoration and more.
Despite being the youngest franchisee at 23 years old, Guan has years of experience as a manager at his parent’s restaurant and his entrepreneurial spirit has led him to his current Tint World owner position.
Tint World President/CEO, Charles Bonfiglio stated, “We are very excited to have Jain as our youngest franchisee who has proven to follow our business system for success.”
