VAIS is offering a high end digital audio adapter for most Toyota/Lexus vehicles.
The device lets you connect an iPhone, including an iPhone 5 or other iOS device to its USB port to get full integration with your car radio screen and car stereo system.
Called the MML (MultiMediaLinQ), the kit lets you see a display for your music and use the factory radio controls to control your device.
It replaces VAIS’s VML system offering several improvements including the ability to play apps from your phone such as Pandora, Spotify, Slacker, TuneIn, and iHeartRadio Internet Radio. Basic controls and text information for the apps will appear on the car radio display. The device is also smaller than the earlier VML.
The MML works with Toyota/Lexus car models with or without navigation from 2001 to 2013, said VAIS Technology.
You can also plug in flash drives and other mass storage devices to hear your music and audio files.
When the MML is connected to the factory radio it is recognized as an additional source (such as a CD changer).
