TAMPA BAY, FL – iSimple officially released the ISSR12 – the newest version of its SatWire satellite radio connector cable for its GateWay car radio media integration kit. The new SatWire cable allows for the installation of a Sirius/XM SXV100 tuner to one of the two input ports on the GateWay module. With the new SatWire, end-users will be able to experience more than 140 channels of digital quality talk, music, sports and comedy, as well as pause, rewind and reply up to 30-minutes of programming.
A follow-up to the ISSR11 SatWire that connected a SSC1 Sirius tuner to the GateWay, the new ISSR12 upgrades the GateWay to provide Sirius/XM radio programming – as well as other advanced features like alerts and the ability to pause, rewind and replay content – by connecting to a SXV100 tuner. The ISSR12 SatWire installs easily and is compatible with all current iSimple GateWay kits, as well as the new iSimple Connect, with a firmware update available from www.isimplesolutions or www.pac-audio.com. The SXV100 tuner and iSimple GateWay are sold separately from the SatWire, and a Sirius/XM subscription is necessary to receive programming and special features.
