JL Audio and Memphis Car Audio were once again the winners of the Inside Track survey on top car audio products and service.
Memphis took the top slot for overall results in car audio for the 9th consecutive year, while JL Audio was the runner up. Kenwood finished in third place in overall ranking.
JL Audio took top slots in dealer rankings for product performance, product reliability and product innovation. Memphis actually tied with JL Audio for first place in product reliability and came in second for product performance and innovation. Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine and JVC also won high rankings in the annual survey of home theater and car audio dealers.
This year’s study included 30 car audio-only retailers as well as additional mixed 12 volt and home audio retailers.
