If you live in Germany, you may be able to preorder the iPhone 5, even though Apple has not officially announced the product, nor its name, features, or price.
That hasn’t stopped German phone carrier Deutsche Telekom from preparing for what could be huge demand for the anticipated device by accepting preorders, said Bloomberg News Monday. There’s no word whether this move is approved by Apple, but Bloomberg suggests Deutsche Telekom is simply readying for a “supply bottleneck.”
The carrier will hand out coupons to those who request the next gen iPhone.
The action gives credence to rumors that the next iPhone will launch in late September or October.
