A new survey found that Android phone users are more likely to be men between the ages of 18 to 34 with annual household incomes between $50,000 and $100,000.
By contrast, iPhone users are 18 percent more likely to be women. And they tend to be 35 years or older with higher incomes of $200,000 or more.
Android users are also a bit more likely to be more pessimistic, and introverted. And they are 29 percent more likely to prefer saving (versus spending) their money.
Other findings? iPhone users are 50 percent more likely to be early adopters. They are 14 percent more likely to be extroverts and 26 percent more likely to prefer spending their money.
Android owners are 31 percent more likely to be later adopters and 20 percent more likely to be politically conservative. Also Android owners are 80 percent more likely to have completed their education upon graduating high school.
