IASCA has built a new “special event unit” which is a demo trailer full of the equipment necessary to run a sound off event.
The 12-foot enclosed trailer will tour the U.S. at various sound contests and serve also as an educational tool to “teach the general public about quality car audio installations and quality competitions,” said IASCA director Moe Sabourin.
“It’s a complete event unit featuring a Term-Lab measurement system with dual sensors, RTA and 32 inch monitors, a JBL Eon P.A. system and all the tools necessary to host IASCA car audio clinics and events everywhere it goes,” said Sabourin.
The trailer will make its first appearance at the Koss Motorsports Show in Nashville, TN show on August 27.
Sponsors of the demo unit include XS Power, Scosche, JBL, JL Audio, Arc Audio, Soundstream, Hybrid Audio Technologies, SBN, German Maestro, dB Drive, Metra, RNR (Rent ‘n Roll) Wheels and Pioneer.
