TomTom is now shipping the super slim VIA portable navigation devices it previewed at the Consumer Electronics Show in January.
The slim design includes a fold up windshield mount that’s permanently attached to the device. You also get a new user interface with “instant” routing and faster rerouting.
Models include the 1405 4.3 inch version, and the 1504 5-inch model with street name guidance. The step up 1435 and 1535 add Bluetooth and voice recognition. There’s also options for lifetime traffic and map updates.
Pricing begins at $169 suggested retail price.
