eLocity HoneyComb Tablets at CES

Stream TV Networks is rapidly broadening its tablet lineup with some of the first Honeycomb models to be introduced at the Consumer Electronics Show this week. Pre-orders of the tablets start January 17 through online retailers such as MicroCenter.com, Frys.com, Sears.com, Newegg.com, Walmart.com, BJs.com, TigerDirect.com, and Amazon.com.

Stream TV Networks to offer some of the first Honeycomb tablets at CESThe company is fielding seven 10-inch eLocity A10 models with 10-inch screens that claim to offer the highest screen resolution among tablets. They will offer Nvidia Tegra 2 processors, front facing cameras, HDMI outputs and they claim ample storage. Other features include 3D gaming, Flash and micro SD slots. Stream TV has been shipping an eLocity A7, seven-inch tablet since December with the Froyo (2.2) version of Android. The next generation Honeycomb version of Android is expected to be optimized for tablets, unlike earlier Android iterations.
