Plastic Logic delayed the release of its business-aimed eReader, the QUE, which is due to be sold through Barnes & Noble stores as well as online.
Plastic Logic informed its customers that the device, originally expected to ship this April, will be delayed until summer, in order to “fine-tune the features and enhance the overall product experience.”
With the color Apple iPad releasing starting April 3, the monochrome QUE at a pricey $649 (WiFi, 4GB) or $799 (WiFi +3G, 8GB) faces stiff competition. The QUE has a 10.7 inch plastic screen.
