VAIS Technology released its first SiriusXM aftermarket kit for Mazda vehicles, and said it plans to offer its first satellite radio kit for General Motors vehicles this fall.
The kit adds SiriusXM capability to the factory Mazda radio and lets you use the radio’s native controls (and steering wheel controls) to browse SiriusXM channels, categories, and presets.
Suggested retail price for the kit plus SiriusXM tuner is $309.99.
The VAIS GSR kits are also available for Toyota, Scion, Honda, Subaru, Dodge, Ford, Porsche, and Nissan vehicles.
The company plans to add kits to some GM vehicles that do not ship with factory satellite radios, it said.
