Samsung AI

Samsung announced its latest smartphone series, the Galaxy S24, which will include new artificial intelligence (AI) features.  And these AI tools will also be made available on the S23 series and select other Samsung phones, reported Engadget.

AI features include real time translation (called Chat Assist) to communicate with someone in a different language.  AI also edits photos to correct for shadows and reflections. There is also a new Circle to Search feature, which makes visual search easier. Users can highlight both images and text to input in a search query.

AI is also used to help edit text and email. It not only highlights typos but suggests different phrasing according to your overall goal in the message.  So it may present suggestions to be more upbeat or friendly, depending on your goal.

Samsung’s new Galaxy S24 will be capped by the S24 Ultra at $1,300. It moves up to a titanium case with a similar camera system to the S23 (200 MP main sensor and 12 MP ultra wide camera) with an improved AI-assisted telephoto lens.
