Press Release: MODESTO, CA–Arc Audio has announced the creation of a dedicated training facility at its Modesto, California location.

Arc Audio’s National Sales Manager Brian Mitchell explained, “We really saw a need for an in-depth training space for focused DSP and wiring practices education. Fabrication training is already well represented by Bryan Schmitt’s Mobile Solutions. Industry training events like KnowledgeFest or CMA are great for getting the message out and connecting with customers. But let’s use DSP as an example – whether we have a 100% rookie or a 20-year veteran, they might both be first timers with this technology. They require in-depth training. A one-hour introduction course isn’t going to give them the necessary skills or concepts they’ll need in the installation bay. We’ll be offering one, two and three day dedicated training sessions.”

Mitchell also discussed sharing the space with Arc’s partners, including iDatalink and Compustar. “Our partners will also be able to use this space for local trainings to help defray the rising cost of regional trainings. We’ve created over 2,000 square feet of space to grow our dealers’ knowledge base. While the DSP training will focus on Arc Audio products, the skills dealers learn can be applied to any products. Although the training facility is attached to Arc Audio’s headquarters, it has a dedicated entrance and is internally separated from the building. This makes the facility available for after-hours or weekend sessions.”

The Arc Audio training center includes a Hall of Fame and timeline showcasing milestones in Arc Audio’s history, highlighting the company’s innovations over the past 27 years in the car audio industry.

Classes for select Arc Audio dealers begin immediately.

  1. Nicely done! In an increasingly crowded marketplace, especially in the amplifier category, upscale brands need to invest in enhanced training of their critical partners, as crucial means to establish their “core competency.” This is absolutely vital to help differentiate their products unique capabilities, features + benefits, and “value proposition.”
