Rydeen Mobile is seeking a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Automotive Electronics Technical Support Specialist to join our team full-time. This position focuses on supporting installation shops, dealers, and customers with technical assistance, product troubleshooting, product testing, and automotive electronics support for dash cameras, rearview mirror systems, and vehicle safety products.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to installation shops, dealers, and customers in a professional and positive manner
- Assist installers with product setup, wiring, troubleshooting, and installation-related questions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide practical solutions for vehicle integration and product operation
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair returned automotive electronics products
- Test and verify product functionality and performance
- Help customers understand product features, operation, and installation best practices
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, testing, returns, and technical support cases
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to improve customer satisfaction and product quality
- Support trade shows, dealer trainings, and sales events when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- MECP certification is preferred
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience working with car audio, vehicle security, dash cameras, or automotive electronics systems in general
- Strong troubleshooting and hands-on installation support skills
- Understanding of Ohm’s Law, proper wiring practices, and vehicle electrical systems
- Familiarity with hand tools, soldering equipment, multimeters, and automotive installation techniques
- Ability to perform voltage, continuity, and basic diagnostic testing
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Experience supporting installation shops or dealer networks is a plus
