MSC America announced the appointment of three new dealer support specialists in an expansion of the company’s Specialty Dealer Development Team. More news will be announced on the team in the next 1-2 weeks, said MSC.
The new dealer support specialists include Chris Brinkley, Francis Gauthier, and Julius Roye.
MSC, the North American Distribution Partner for Audiotec Fischer, BLAM Audio, and Uniden, said, the three new team members are well versed in the “world of modern car audio systems.” MSC President Larry Penn said, “We will continue to offer you industry leading training that only someone living in the specialty independent space can understand.”
Chris Brinkley: Technical Specialist
Chris Brinkley joins MSC with over six years of experience in retail and 19 years as a Product Representative and Regional Sales Manager at the factory level. He has worked with prominent brands and has “deep technical knowledge and extensive background supporting all facets of the business.” He expands MSC’s bilingual service capabilities with his ability to serve Spanish speaking MSC dealers, said MSC.

Francis Gauthier: A Retail Specialist
With more than 20 years’ experience, Francis Gauthier as a specialist retailer, has worked with MSC brands throughout his career. Known for his strong technical background, “Francis brings an exceptional depth of knowledge—not only of the products, but also of MSC’s culture, processes, and commitment to dealer growth,” said Penn
Gauthier said, “DSP is my life, and I am proud to be part of the MSC journey.” Fluent in French, he will help serve MSC’s french speaking partners.
Julius Roye: Industry Veteran
With over 30 years in the Specialty Mobile Electronics industry, Roye has served as a Sales Representative and later in product development for a retail merchandising company. Roye is known for his strong technical skills, communication abilities, and his longstanding working relationship with the MSC Team, said the company.
