Orca Design & Manufacturing, which distributes brands including Focal, Gladen and Mosconi, announced it has purchased Exile Audio, maker of marine audio and wake towers.
The acquisition expands Orca’s presence in the marine audio market.
Orca will oversee all aspects of Exile Audio operations, including product design and engineering, brand marketing and digital platforms, rep coverage and dealer relationships. Orca now handles Exile’s long term product roadmap and category expansion and global expansion opportunities.

Current Exile Audio dealers and partners will receive more information including onboarding info in the coming weeks.

The acquisition “will accelerate innovation in product development, technical support, service infrastructure, and long-term brand growth,” said an Orca statement.
Exile Audio will offer in 2026 new advanced tower speaker systems and next-generation marine amplifiers. It has also invested in expanded OEM partnerships.
New dealer training programs and digital support will be available from Exile for North America and international markets. The brand is now available for worldwide distribution.
