THINKWARE, a global leader in premium dash cam technology, is hiring a National Sales Director to drive growth across the U.S. market. This role is ideal for an experienced 12V industry professional with strong ties to distributors, and Tier-3 independent dealers.
We’re looking for someone who understands the full channel landscape—from large distributor networks to independent retailers—and can lead with strategy, relationships, and results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead THINKWARE’s U.S. sales strategy across distributors, and Tier-3 dealers
- Build and manage relationships with key distribution partners, sales reps, Tier-3 dealers
- Expand THINKWARE’s reach with Tier-3 dealers through rep firms, direct partnerships, and distribution partners
- Represent THINKWARE at major industry events such as SEMA, and other shows
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on product launches, pricing, and promotions
- Track sales performance and report to executives
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in the 12V industry with a strong record of national sales leadership
- Direct experience working with U.S. distributors and Tier-3 networks
- Strong relationships across mobile electronics, automotive retailers, and distribution channels
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with regular travel as needed
