SkillsUSA seeks donations for the 2025 Mobile Electronics competition season.

Press Release: SkillsUSA is seeking industry support and donations for the upcoming SkillsUSA Mobile Electronics competition season.

The organization that trains high school level/post secondary students in trades such as car audio installation, requires $30,000 for the 2025 Mobile Electronics budget.

A donation will help cover the costs of student competitions and items such as electronic test equipment, installation supplies and consumables, travel and logistics, and administrative costs.

The students that achieve the opportunity to compete at the national level competitions have shown both the ability and desire to work within the car audio industry and could become future integrators, fabricators, salespeople, and business owners.

In addition to, or in lieu of a financial contribution, SkillsUSA also welcomes product donations.  These are used for testing and prizes and include both products and tools.

All contestants also receive a prize package that contains miscellaneous marketing items, including T-shirts, key chains, lanyards, or other items that include your company logo.

Ultimately, the group’s goal is to receive all donations on or before December 31, 2024. Company banners are also encouraged for placement at the event.

Current donors include Snap on Tools, Fluke Corporation, Sony, Kicker, MECP, VOXX/DEI, Bobby Gatley, dB Drive, Sky High Car Audio, JBL/Infinity, Mobile Electronics Assn, Mobile Solutions, Metra Electronics,  JVCKenwood, DOW Electronics, Al & Ed’s West Los Angeles, BOSS Audio, Vickers AV.

SkillsUSA is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. A W-9 form for your contribution is available upon request.
