PowerBass introduced a new under-the-seat subwoofer using dual 6-inch flat piston subwoofers.
The new active bass subwoofer enclosure, called the PBUS62, delivers 65 watts RMS or 1500 watts max. It includes a high level input and auto turn on for integration in a factory system at a retail price of $199.

Also, at the SEMA Show this month, PowerBass introduced a PBXPRO CD series of speakers for custom motorcycle applications that includes coaxial full range speakers with compression drivers in 6.5-, 8- and 6 x 9-inch sizes. The water resistant line has an “aggressive black finish” and is expected to ship by the end of the year.
