Rockford Fosgate is unveiling at the SEMA Show today a new Stage 3 Jeep audio kit for select 2024 and newer Wrangler Models.
The 1800-watt Stage-3 kit includes a 12-inch subwoofer, 6.5-inch coaxial speakers, 1-inch tweeters for the front, along with pre-tuned 1000-watt and 800-watt amplifiers. It also includes a Digital Signal Processor tuned specifically for the Jeep and a bass level controller allows for adjusting bass.
Compared to the earlier Jeep kit, the new STG3 uses one 12-inch subwoofer in the tailgate, whereas the current STG5 uses two 12-inch in the left/right side of the cargo area. The STG3 does not come with an overhead soundbar (uses the factory one) like the STG5 does.
Like other Rockford Jeep kits, the new system seamlessly integrates with Jeep interiors. Its components are water, mud, dirt and UV resistant and the system is designed to blend with the Jeep styling.
It will be available in January 2025 at Rockford dealers and at rockfordfosgate.com.
We’ll bring you more details on the system from the SEMA show this week, which runs November 5-8 in Las Vegas.
