- Field Destroy: If quarterly returns (RA) remain under 5% of your quarterly purchase volume, most products qualify for “Field Destroy,” allowing for easy disposal without the hassle of returns. Exceeding this 5% threshold requires returning products to Massive Audio for a comprehensive evaluation. Alternatively, choose a 6% upfront discount as a no-warranty option.
- Non-Field Destroy Products: For our high power, ultra performance products, we require returns for in-depth evaluation due to their specialized usage. These include all cast-basket subwoofers, pro audio loudspeakers, Hippo amplifiers and amplifiers 2000 watts and over.
CIRCUMSTANCES “NOT COVERED” BY WARRANTY Our warranty is built to maximize convenience, to protect against defects in craftsmanship and manufacturing, but certain conditions, often linked to misuse or accidents, fall outside of coverage like physical, liquid and electrical damage or misuse including.
