JBL and Infinity are each shipping new prefabricated, shallow subwoofer enclosures loaded with 10- and 12-inch subwoofers.
The JBL model includes Club Series woofers and the Infinity model includes Reference Series subwoofers.
The downfiring, sealed enclosures have passive radiators and removable feet for flexible installation placement. The logo is easily moved to suit the angle of the installation.
The JBL CLUB 1000SSL with 10-inch aluminum woofer handles 350 watts RMS, 1050 watts peak at a sensitivity of 82.5dB (1W/1m) and a frequency response of 35Hz to 400 Hz into 2 ohms. Voice coil diameter is 2 inches and dimensions are 13-1/8”D x 24-7/8”W x 4-1/2”H.
The CLUB 1200SSL has a 12-inch aluminum driver with 400 watts RMS power handling, 1200 watts peak and 85dB sensitivity and a frequency response of 30Hz –400Hz into 2 ohms. Voice coil diameter is 2 inches and dimensions are 14-5/8”D x 27-5/8”W x 4-7/8”H.
Specifications are similar for the Infinity models REFERENCE 1000SSL and REFERENCE 1200SSL.
All use 3/4-inch MDF with black carpet covering
