Firstech, maker of Compustar and Drone remote start/security, is revamping its Compustar Pro Dealer program.
Compustar Pro was launched in 2009 to give top dealers access to flagship products, such as the Compustar Pro T13. Also, Compustar Pro-branded products cannot be sold online unless the retailer is attaching labor fees to the online price.
Now, the company is adding nine new products to the Pro line and adding serial tracking for price protection plus additional benefits. The new remotes differ from basic Compustar remotes as they are water resistant and offer a unique design and they will be serial tracked.
Under the new Pro line, all remote kits and systems will include a companion remote and select products will be bundled with a Drone X2-LTE telematics module to add smartphone control.

● CSP940-S Remote Start System
Compustar Pro Dealers will also get priority technical support and extended 3-year warranties on Pro-branded products. Compustar Pro dealers will also have access to the company’s revenue sharing program, myFirstech Rewards.

As part of Firstech’s updates to the Compustar Pro Dealer program, the following policies are in place:
● Compustar Pro products are restricted from online selling without installation.
● Compustar Pro dealers must adhere to Firstech’s minimum advertised pricing (MAP)
pricing.
● Sufficient floor and display space must be dedicated towards merchandising Compustar Pro products.
● The entire Compustar Pro product line, including the new products, must be purchased and offered by Compustar Pro dealers.
Firstech’s new Compustar Pro Dealer program took effect September 1, 2024 and the company expects to onboard all existing Pro dealers by September 30th, 2024.
