Pioneer Electronics continues to expand its partnership with Specialty Marketing, which will now distribute Pioneer to the full East Coast.
Specialty Marketing, based in Mechanicsville, VA, now covers the following states for Pioneer: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York (including Metro), New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, D.C., Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Specialty Marketing originally distributed Pioneer in the mid-Atlantic states and then added several southern states following the closing of Pioneer distributor Next Level Distribution (formerly Audio America), which closed its doors last year.
Specialty Marketing announced today it will also distribute Pioneer to the northern states on the East Coast.
It is responding by adding a distribution center in Jacksonville, FL that is scheduled to open on or before May 1. It will allow one day delivery from Miami to Atlanta. It joins current Specialty Marketing warehouses in Virginia and New Jersey.
The company has also hired new staff to accommodate the expanded business, including Bill Dolsen, formerly of Next Level Distribution. The new staff members include:
