A Tint World store was recently opened by a contestant on the Netflix series “Ultimatum.” The social media buzz from Antonio Mattei’s Ultimatum fame is helping to drive sales, said Tint World.
In fact, the franchise figured into the plot of the show. Mattei purchased the Tint World location because his partner on the show, Roxanne Kaiser, thought Mattei lacked an entrepreneurial spirit. He proved her wrong, purchasing the Tyrone, GA location and a second franchise. The Tyrone location opened on Black Friday.
With the help of Kaiser’s influencer status on social media (112K followers on Instagram), the shop sold nearly $13K in merchandise on Black Friday and $20K worth on Saturday, much better than a typical opening week, said Charles Bonfiglio, CEO of Tint World.
“It was a good story in the end,” Bonfiglio said.
Tint World Tyrone is located at 1544 Hwy 74 in Tyrone, GA.
