A new car audio/custom fabrication show lead by Mobile Solutions’ Bryan Schmitt will include automotive celebrity Dave Kindig as a headliner who will teach a custom design class at the event next March.
Kindig is a well-known car designer and star of Motortrend TV’s Bitchin’ Rides. He actually has a history with car audio that he will share with the show’s audience. He also runs a design shop out of Salt Lake City.
In addition to signing autographs at the first annual MasterTech Expo, Kindig will conduct a workshop on the car design process, including interior design.
Kindig will take the stage on the show floor and talk the audience through a series of live designs, with cameras displaying his work on overhead screens.
The MasterTech Expo, is scheduled for March 6-9 at the Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, AZ.
It will include not only car audio classes and exhibitors but workshops on fabrication, aftermarket electrical systems, upholstery, design and automation.
The show will also include a two-team build off competition.
Founder of the show and fabrication company Mobile Solutions, Schmitt said the show is designed to bring together the many facets of the automotive aftermarket community, not just car audio. “In talking with Dave, we were thrilled to find that he is aligned with our vision and is excited to join us at MasterTech Expo and share his knowledge with other professionals.”
