Press Release: DS18 has added another major distributor to its growing network of dealers. GoFast Solutions, Middletown, CT has been appointed the DS18 distributor for the Northeast and Western PA.
Dave Prinz CEO of GoFast has worked in the car audio field on and off since the 90s. He was initially employed at The Sound Company, once a CT-based car audio chain and then moved to a computer distribution company where he gained experience as a distributor. After that, he worked for MRI’s car audio division as a merchandising manager. Prinz eventually bought MRI’s car audio business after MRI was sold to SnapAV.
Now under the name GoFast, and with a specialty business in racing as well as car audio, the distributor hopes to help car audio dealers branch into racing and performance parts. And Prinz hopes to encourage new shops to enter the car audio market, which he believes is underserved in the region.
