Hifonics Launches ZEUS Gamma Subwoofers

Press Release: CES, Las Vegas – Hifonics is unveiling at CES the new, ZEUS Gamma (ZG) subwoofer series including 12- and 10-inch models that deliver deep bass with undistorted levels of power and clarity.

The new series will be on display at the Westgate, Suite 360, during CES.

Brian Sherman, Vice President of Product & Marketing for Maxxsonics USA said, “Building an inexpensive subwoofer doesn’t mean it should be cheap or sacrifice performance, or quality, in any way. We used the latest COMSOL software to design an excellent performing subwoofer, regardless of price.”

COMSOL Multiphysics is a simulation software for modeling designs, devices, and processes in all fields of engineering, manufacturing, and scientific research.

The subwoofers feature large motor assemblies, and multi-coated aluminum formers (with flat wound high temperature voice coils).

ZEUS GAMMA (ZG) SUBWOOFER FEATURES:

• Dual 4 Ohm design

• Ideal for medium and large ported enclosures

• Thermal Formed Polypropylene ZEUS symbol and unqiue 6 spoke molded cone creates a strong cone face

• Heavy gauge, powder-coated, stamped steel basket provides a solid base for the motor system and moving parts

• “Through the Frame Venting” with mesh grill
