Press Release (Unedited): Many AVIDWORX displays purchased from 2015 to 2017 have operation that is quirky or faulty at best, or may not even work at all. During this period, AVIDWORX used a new switching supplier with products most easily identified by their ‘little red buttons’.
According to AVIDWORX, “…switching units were installed with internal flaws that can impact switching and operation. Some of these flaws were obvious after installation…while others surfaced weeks or months later.”
Over 280 stores were shipped this product.
AVIDWORX returned to using AudioStak switching in 2017, adopting the QuickStak system for future displays. AVIDWORX called it “…the most robust and capable switching system on the market today.”
