The Progressive Group, a division of Patrick Industries, seeks a driven person to fulfill the Outside Sales Territory Manager role within the Illinois and Wisconsin market.
If you are an energetic, hungry, and self-motivated sales professional who puts the customer first, this could be the job for you! We are looking for someone with industry experience. If you have established relationships, this is a plus. In the Outside Sales Territory Manager role, you will focus on driving sales and providing the best service for customers each day.
- Cultivate an understanding of the Patrick’s Customer First Culture and professional sales process
- Develop a comprehensive knowledge of the Company’s products and capabilities
- Identify new sales opportunities with new and existing customers throughout your territory
- Improve profitability, product penetration, and product mix with all customers
- Propose sales solutions to customers and reevaluate solutions where necessary
- Close sales opportunities by gaining purchase orders and executing all order fulfillment procedure
- Provide excellent customer service and facilitate long-term relationships for repeatable/sustainable business
- Must have 3+ years of experience in the A/V or related industry
- Track record of sales growth yoy in a similar role
- Exceptional verbal, computer, and written communication skills
