Linkswell-Ford-Tesla style OE Fit radio

New factory replacement radios that bring a Tesla-like 12-inch screen to popular trucks and cars will start shipping from LinksWell following the SEMA Show next month.

The radios are styled to look like they came from the factory but they add an ultra large screen and high tech features including WiFi (when near a hotspot or tethered to a phone), Android app downloads, iPhone and Android phone wireless mirroring (and also wired Android phone mirroring), built-in navigation (iGO Nextgen) and more.

A Ford F150-specific version (12.1-inch screen) will be the first to ship followed by a Dodge Ram version with a 10.4 inch screen.

Additional models are also planned for the Toyota Tundra (12.1-inch screen) and for the Ford Mustang, Jeep Cherokee and Jeep Compass (all with 10.4 inch screens).

All of the radios have capacitive touch screens and run Android.  They also include AM/FM radio, Bluetooth, backup camera capability and two SD card options. Users can download apps such as Netflix and satellite radio.

The radios are fully plug and play and install in the less than an hour.

Suggested retail price is $1995.

The units will be on display at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas next week at the A&E booth in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center, booth # 11829.
