Focal announced its new line of Class D amplifiers are now in stock.
The FDP line offers fully regulated power supplies, and “very flexible crossovers, with selectable balanced line inputs.”
Specifications are as follows:
Model FDP 6.900– 6 x 150 watts into 4 ohms (or 6 x 225 watts into 2 ohms or 4 x 150 watts into 4 ohms, and 1 x 600 watts into 2 ohms). Retail price–$999.
Model FDP 4.600–4 x 150 watts into 4 ohms (or 4 x 225 watts into 2 ohms or 2 x 450 into 4 ohms). Retail price–$749.
Model FDP 1.900–1 x 900 watts into 2 ohms (may run as a full range mono block, or 2 may be strapped together for 1800 watts into 4 ohms). Retail price–$749.
