NAV-TV Corp. announced it is extending sales and support hours for authorized NAV-TV dealers, effective immediately. Support is now offered from 9am to 9pm EST, Monday through Friday.
Jay Kent will manage all dealer support and account maintenance during the extended business hours. Kent has been promoted to Director of Sales for Western Operations.
Kent is a 25-year industry veteran that has previously held posts in research and development with Fujitsu Ten/Eclipse, and technical support with Powerbass. He was also a sales and installation consultant for JTech and has served as Territory Sales Manager with NAV-TV for the last 22 months.
