Cerwin-Vega Mobile announced it won a 2015 SEMA Global Media Award for its powered-active subwoofer, the VPAS10.
The active subwoofer is a generous 10 inches, compared to the usual 8 inch size for this type of device.
The SEMA award is judged by a panel of journalists from all over the world who review nearly 2,000 new products that were featured at the SEMA Show.
The VPAS10 is designed for installations with limited space. It delivers 200 watts RMS @ 2Ω, or 400 watts max, in a cast aluminum frame for heat dissipation. It measures 13.6 inches long x 9.6 inches x 2.6 inches high.
