Updated: MESA, the Mobile Electronics Specialists of America buying/marketing group, has teamed with car radio partner, Dual Electronics, to offer the Jensen line of car radios to its retail members.
The agreement went into effect last month and includes only the Jensen line of multimedia car radios.
Dual Electronics purchased the Jensen car radio business from VOXX this summer, including Jensen multimedia, head units, speakers and amplifier products.
Previously, Jensen was offered to MESA members under an agreement with VOXX. When the brand was sold, MESA opened up the category–promotional video–for review. Dual was then appointed as the new promotion video supplier last month, said Dual’s Jamie Walt, marking the first time that Dual has partnered with MESA.
MESA will hold its annual Summit next week.
