Alpine Electronics of America said it plans to launch a cable TV commercial for its Alpine Restyle line of products.
For the first time in over 15 years, the company is producing a 30-second ad that will air on various cable TV channels. The ads will run for at least a month starting in mid-July.
The ads will appear in over 25 major metro areas and are intended to drive customers to select authorized Alpine retailers who have supported the Alpine Restyle program.
The ads highlight an Alpine Jeep Wrangler demo vehicle that was customized by Starwood Motors of Dallas. It features a 9-inch “Restyle” radio, the X009-WRA.
Alpine said the product’s benefits are revealed “in a practical but humorous tone.” It added, “Sharp eyed viewers will catch a surprise appearance by a popular reality TV star well-known among car buffs.”
