MMATS Pro Audio announced it is shipping a new XS10 shallow-mount subwoofer with a narrow mounting depth of 3.25 inches.
Features include:
- 250 Watts RMS power handling
- 2” dual and single 4 ohm Aluminum former/Copper wire voice coil.
- Spring-loaded connectors
- 6” Flat-Nomex spider assembly
- Woven tensile leads
- Bumped back-plate with radius venting
- 50 ounce Y-30 magnet structure
The subwoofer is suited to behind-the-seat applications in trucks where space is a premium. Enclosures as small as .6 cubic feet will give you an F3 of 42Hz and a .8 cubic foot enclosure will give an F3 of 35Hz.
