The MEG Group (formerly the Mobile Electronics Retailers Association) announced the speakers for the first Spring KnowledgeFest to be held this April in Indianapolis. The show joins the annual summer/fall KnowledgeFest as a car stereo exhibition and forum for dealer training and education.
MEG said that more than 20 suppliers and over 100 retailers have pre-registered so far for Spring KnowledgeFest, exceeding the pre-registration for the initial annual KnowledgeFest in Dallas.
Speakers will include sales trainer Del Ellis of Del Ellis International, Marcel Newell of Avidworx (business training) Bryan Schmitt of Mobile Solutions (fabrication training), and Ken Ward of Musicar NW, John Schwartz of Perfectionist Autosound & Security, Ben Vollmer of Audition Audio, Micah Williams of Sonus Car Audio, Jason Kranitz of Kingpin Car Audio and Omar Jawad of Sound Depot & Performance.
The show is timed to coincide with the spring shipment of many of the new car audio products shown at CES in January.
MEG says the show allows dealers to “learn cutting-edge techniques and proven business tactics from some of the industry’s most successful retailers, vendors and technicians.”
