Sony will introduce a premium memory card designed specifically for sound quality, said The Wall Street Journal.
The 64GB micro SDXC card will carry a hefty price tag of $160 when it goes on sale in Japan next month. For the demanding audiophile, it generates less electrical noise when reading data. But the card, the SR-64HXA, costs about 5x the price of a typical SD card.
