Pacific Accessory Corp. (PAC) is introducing new kits for select BMW and late model Hyundai vehicles to simplify installation of an aftermarket radio.
The new kit for BMWs combines a radio replacement and steering wheel control interface into a single unit that comes pre-loaded with firmware and data-controlled accessory and navigation based outputs.
Because the kit links directly with the BMW’s data bus, it retains all of its original safety features. And it may also retain factory amplifier functions (with optional hardware).
The PAC RP4.2-BM11 at a suggested retail price of $199.95, works with most aftermarket radios. It includes a RadioPRO4 module, plug and play connector and steering wheel harnesses.
The new RadioPRO kit for late model Hyundai vehicles lets users add an aftermarket radio while retaining steering wheel controls and factory USB and aux input, with one plug and play interface.
The new RP4.2-HY11 also maintains key functions such as RAP accessory output; data controlled outputs for a navigation radio; vehicle speed sense; reverse trigger, emergency brake and illumination.
It comes with a plug and play harness, RadioPRO4 module and steering wheel control harness and may be updated via the PAC web site www.pac-audio.com.

2013 – 2014 Hyundai Azera
