With the weather changing in most areas of the US and Canada, Race Sport wants you to remember the safety in LED Daytime Running Lights. In Canada every passenger car, multi-purpose passenger vehicle, truck, bus and three-wheeled vehicle operating on the highway must be equipped with two Daytime Running Lights (DRL) at the time of manufacture to help prevent crashes.
The US does not have similar legislation on DRLs, yet. However, a study by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration found that DRL’s can help mitigate crashes and injuries in certain instances.
