Avidworx Now Works With TSS, QuickBooks

Avidworx software that helps car audio dealers run their businesses, Businessworx, is now used by 700 retailers.

The software has also been updated so that it pulls in information automatically from TSS (point of sale software) and QuickBooks.  This gives retailers the ability to create automatic price tags for their showroom from their product list on TSS. It also provides analytics on the store’s sales and performance. It also calls up customer contacts for use in marketing programs.

Additionally, the sytsem now creates a customer loyalty program so dealers can follow up a sale with a “Thank you” message.  And retailers can send out customer satisfaction surveys and offer incentives to return to the store, months after the purchase.

Avidworx says it has added more pre-written newsletters that dealers can send to customers. Dealers may also receive digital tools to see where the demographic for their customers live.

Businessworx now has a new user interface and the free version of the plan now offers access to approved materials from participating vendors for emails and flyers.

A paid subscription starts at $99/month with access to prewritten email newsletters, ads, loyalty campaigns and other tools.
