CYPRESS, CA–Clarion is now shipping a new two-piece marine digital receiver.
It includes a black box that can be hidden behind the boat dash and a weather-protected controller.
The CMS2’s two-piece system allows for flexible mounting. It also has smartphone connectivity and built-in Bluetooth 4.0 with lossless streaming audio over Bluetooth. It has a global AM/FM/weather band USB input with 1,1A charging and it is satellite radio ready.
It uses s a 32-bit micro controller paired together with a 4.1 channel audio for better performance.
The controller has a 3-line full DOT matrix backlit LCD display.
The CMS2 is also IPX6 rated for weather resistance and it has 6 channels of RCA outputs at 2 volts each.
