Scosche Industries announced it is now shipping a new 10-inch powered subwoofer that works with an optional line output converter with remote level control to easily add more bass to a factory radio.
The SPSW10 is a subwoofer with a 250 Watt RMS Class D mono amplifier, both in a vented enclosure with a slim design. The system is suited for mounting in small spaces and all vehicle types.
The LOC90 2-channel line output converter won a CES 2014 Innovation Award. It taps into the speaker level outlets of a factory stereo and allows installers to seamlessly add an aftermarket amplified subwoofer.
The remote mountable level controller lets the driver adjust the subwoofer amp levels. A signal sensing 12V remote output automatically turns-on the amp when the speakers are activated, eliminating the need to remove the radio or run a wire to ignition for a traditional amplifier turn-on.
The SPSW10 and LOC90 are available at $249.95 and $39.95 respectively. For more information visit www.scosche.com
