HOLLY HILL, FL–Metra Electronics, after building dash kits to the replace the radios in almost all Prius models, added a kit for the remaining Prius V.
The new kit for replacing the factory radio with an aftermarket model includes the 99-8243B with a pocket for single DIN installations and the 95-8243B for double DIN installations. Both are painted in a scratch resistant matte black to match surrounding dash components. The kit works with a Metra 40-LX11 antenna adapter and part number 70-1761 for standard audio systems.
