PowerBass ASA3 1000

PowerBass USA’s 2014 car audio lineup includes a new 1000 watt amplifier in a smaller footprint than last year.   The ASA3-1000.1D Class D bass amp delivers 1,000 watts into 1-ohm.  It’s capable of running a large subwoofer or multiple subwoofers and it can be “strapped” to another ASA3-1000 amp to deliver 2,000 watts at a 2-ohm load.

The logo badge on the top of the new amplifier lights up in blue when the unit powers up or this feature can be defeated with a side-mounted switch.

The ASA3-1000.1D includes a built in Electronic Low Pass Crossover, Subsonic Filter, Gain control and variable Bass Equalization circuitry.

Like all PowerBass Class D amplifiers, the ASA3-1000.1D comes with a wired remote level controller, which allows front seat adjustment of the low frequency output.  The amplifier is part of a large 12 model product roll out for 2014 and may be viewed at CES in Las Vegas at booth 2417 in the North Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center.
